ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES OF THE HOTEL
1.The check-out time is 12:00PM. Staying in the rooms beyond the check–out time will result in additional payment for one (1) more night. Thus, guests are requested to inform the Front Desk of the date and time of check out to avoid any confusion.
2.Minimum Security Deposit of P1,000 upon check-in and to be refunded upon clearance and check-out.
3.Guests should deposit all valuables in the Front Desk Safety Deposit Box. The hotel shall not be held liable or responsible for any valuables lost or damaged in the hotel rooms.
4.Each room is provided with a chain or metal locks. Guest should always lock the door knobs in their rooms and hook up chain on the doors to assure safety and security.
5.Guests should not leave their baggage unattended at the lobby or at any place within the hotel premises. Unattended baggage may be removed from the hotel premises or locked in the hotel stockroom. However, the hotel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to unattended baggage stored in the hotel stockroom.
6.Guest must bring all their luggage and personal belongings upon check–out. The hotel will not accept any deposit of luggage or other property after check–out. Should the guest insist on leaving his or her luggage or personal belongings, then the hotel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to such deposited luggage or personal belongings.
7.Guests who park their cars on the hotel garage or parking area must lock all their vehicles. The hotel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle or any personal property found therein.
8.Only the registered guests are allowed to sleep in the hotel rooms, additional visitors of registered guests who opt to sleep in the rooms would have to pay an extra of the amount of Php500 per night per person.
9.Guests are prohibited from creating excessive noise that may disturb other guests. The hotel security has the right to instruct guests to stop making noise. Should the guest refuse to comply the hotel serves the right to require such misbehaving guest to leave the premises upon payment of the appropriate hotel charges.
10.Guests are not allowed to ask housekeeping personnel to leave the hotel premises in order to purchase items or take- out food from 6:00AM to 10:00PM. However, from 10:00PM to 6:00AM hotel guests may request the housekeeping personnel to purchase necessities for them such as medicine and essential toiletries, provided that the housekeeping personnel is not engaged in any work or performance of his duties.
11.Strictly NO SMOKING inside the room. Penalty of Php1, 000/day. Smoking is allowed only on designated areas. Smoking in NON-SMOKING area is strictly prohibited and the Security may require the guests to put out cigarettes in such areas.
12.Guests are not allowed to take home towels or use them in a manner which damages these towels or renders them unusable. Damaged towels will be charged as per rates provided in the linen price list.
13.Guests are held liable for any damage arising from the negligent or unreasonable use of hotel fixtures and furniture.
14.Guests must not take out remote control of the television sets. Guests who take out the remote control or who misuse them in a manner which causes damage to such remote controls will be required to pay the appropriate amount.
15.Guests must not take, throw or damage the hotel plates, utensils and drinking glasses. Lost or damaged plates, utensils, or drinking glasses will be charged to the hotel guests.
16.In the interest of security, guests are instructed NOT to loiter around the hotel especially during the night. They should avoid staying at the “landing areas” of the floors which they do not occupy. Guests who are found loitering in other floors for no justifiable reason may be required by the hotel security to return to their own floors or rooms.
17.Guests are prohibited from accessing the “locked control panels” of the elevators. Any damage to the elevators caused by such unauthorized use will be charged to erring guests.
18.Guests must attend to their children at all times. In order to assure the safety of minors they must not be allowed to ride the elevators or loiter without the supervision of adults. The hotel will not be liable for any harm that may happen to any unattended minor.
19.Guests are advised to check the mini bar upon check-in. Should guests accept the keys from the housekeeping then it will be interpreted that the mini-bar in the rooms are complete and any missing inventory will be considered consumed and will have to be paid upon check –out.
20.Guests are not allowed to bring in weapons, illegal and prohibited drugs, flammable materials and explosives into their hotel rooms. Suspicion of the bringing in of such illegal materials may result in the hotel calling the Philippine National Police for assistance and investigation.
21.Guests who obtain credit in the hotel without any intention of paying for it will be charged with estafa in accordance with the revised Penal Code of the Philippines.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the booking fee, first night, or price of the accommodation may be charged depending on the policy of the hotel that you agreed to at the time of making the reservation.

Cancellation within 3 to 14 Days before Check in:The value of 1st Night's Stay + Online Booking Fee of the remaining nights
Cancellation within 2 Days before Check in: Full value of the booking.
